MLT Review Center is a new, dynamic and innovative firm established by Dr. Mark Louie Tamayo, to cater all aspiring criminologists in Pampanga and entire Central Luzon. The review program is carefully designed to meet the fast-paced technology as well as to complement with the implementation of the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) curricula that is being adapted in all criminology schools nationwide. The review materials are personally prepared and compiled coming from the vast experiences of our pool of expert lecturers belonging to the different pillars of the Criminal Justice System. The review program is premised upon the belief that reviewers are not supposed to be just "spoonfed" of information based on theory alone, but likewise be supplemented with the real accounts and situations on real life guided with proper courses of actions making use of their critical thinking and most especially, in answering OBE constructed questions during the Criminologists Licensure Examination, Confucius once said, "I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand."
